Gen Temizer acted as the legal advisor to Bek Ventures / @Digital East Fund on the acquisition of its portfolio company Apsiyon by Aareon Group.

Apsiyon, a leading PropTech company, provides innovative digital solutions for property and community management. The transaction is subject to the approval of the Turkish Competition Board.
