Gen Temizer advised InMobi, Inc., an Indian unicorn and a global leader in mobile advertising and marketing technology, on its acquisition of MobileAction, Inc., a Delaware-incorporated mobile app analytics and optimization company founded by the Turkish founder 🚀Aykut Karaalioglu.

The transaction was subject to clearance by the Turkish Competition Authority, and the approval process has been successfully completed.

Mobile Action is a technology company specializing in mobile app store optimisation, serving as a campaign management partner for major platforms. The acquisition strengthens InMobi’s capabilities in app intelligence and mobile marketing analytics, further consolidating its position as one of the world’s leading independent mobile advertising platforms.
