Gen Temizer advised Maxis Girişim Sermayesi Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş., acting on behalf of the Türkiye Yeşil Finans Projesi Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Fonu (the “Fund”), on the Fund’s capital participation in CM Holding Anonim Şirketi, the parent company of Sapro Temizlik Ürünleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. leading Turkish manufacturer of wet wipes in Türkiye and Europe.

The transaction was subject to clearance by the Turkish Competition Authority, and the approval process has been successfully completed.

The Gen Temizer team was led by Partners Baran Gen and Mine Sekmen, with the support of Associate Damla Buz, and Legal Trainee Orhan Ataman. Competition matters were handled by Partner Bulut Girgin and Senior Associate Mustafa Polat.
