Gen Temizer advised Marriott International on its partnership with Kuzu Group for the development of the St. Regis Karya Cove Resort and Residences in Bodrum.

This landmark project, marking Marriott’s 100th hotel in Türkiye, will bring the timeless elegance of the St. Regis brand to Kazıklı Cove on the Aegean coast, featuring 138 guestrooms and 221 branded residences.
