Gen Temizer advises Regent on the acquisition of ContiTech’s business unit OESL, a leading global supplier employing over 16,000 people and generating sales of approximately EUR 1.9 billion in 2024. The business designs and manufactures hose line systems and bearing components for both traditional combustion engines and next-generation electric vehicles.

The transaction remains subject to antitrust and foreign trade approvals and represents an important step in Continental’s strategy to sharpen its focus on industrial customers.
