Gen Temizer are delighted to have successfully advised British Petroleum (bp) on the sale of its downstream business in Türkiye to Petrol Ofisi, Vitol’s Turkish subsidiary. The transaction which was signed on November 2023 and closed on 31 October 2024, is one of the most significant oil & gas deal of recent times in Türkiye.
