Gen Temizer have acted as legal counsel to Ticimax , Türkiye’s largest e-commerce software developer, and its founder and sole shareholder Cenk Cigdemli in the signing of the definitive agreements to sell a majority stake to team.blue, one of Europe’s leading digital enablers. The transaction is subject to the approval of the Turkish Competition Board.
