We are thrilled to announce that Gen Temizer has been awarded the prestigious CEPS Advanced Certificate for Gender Equality by Escarus (TSKB Sustainability Consultancy)! This is a great honour to be recognised as the first law firm to achieve this remarkable milestone in Türkiye.

ESCARUS is one of the leading and few organisations in Türkiye in the field of sustainability. They are working intensively on transferring globally accepted and recommended policies to the business world. In this context, we worked on our office rules and policies, mission and vision statements together with our Diversity and Inclusion Department harmonised them with the latest international standards, and we were entitled to receive this certificate by putting our entire team through a training process.

Providing an inclusive work environment based on gender equality has been one of the most important values of our office since its establishment and we are happy to be a good example in the legal sector on this very important issue.
As we celebrate this milestone, we believe the prioritisation of creating safe working spaces in terms of diversity, equity, and inclusion across all institutions in our country, particularly in the legal sector.
