Gen Temizer has successfully advised Metropal Kurumsal Hizmetler (MetropolCard) on its initial public offering and listing on Borsa İstanbul. The IPO was conducted through a consortium led by Tera Yatırım.

The offering received demand from nearly 1 million investors, with demand reaching 2.4 times the total offer in domestic individual investors, 28.9 times in high-demand investors, 13.3 times in domestic institutional investors, and 3.1 times in foreign institutional investors, totalling 7.4 times overall oversubscription, amounting to a total size of TRY 1,512 billion.

Metropalcard shares started trading on Borsa İstanbul under the symbol “MCARD” today.
