Gen Temizer are delighted to have successfully represented Dx Technology Services and Investment (SabancıDx), a subsidiary of Hacı Ömer Sabancı Holding, in the acquisition of a 65% stake in ICT Bulut Bilişim, a leading Turkish cloud service provider.
