Gen Temizer have advised Kervan Gıda on the issuance of a lease certificate (sukuk) structured under a management agreement.

In this transaction, Kervan Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. acted as the fund user/originator, while Kuveyt Türk Katılım Bankası A.Ş. served as the issuer.

The nominal issuance amount was 2,000,000,000 TL.
