Gen Temizer has successfully advised Limak Çimento Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (Limak Cement) on its global Rule 144A/Reg S issuance of US$ 575 million 9.750% notes due 2029. Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley acted as joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners and ING Bank acted as joint bookrunner.
