Irmak Seymen Varat advises on corporate and M&A transactions, employment law, dispute resolution and data protection matters. She acts as a trusted adviser to both domestic and international clients, providing ongoing strategic corporate counsel on governance structures, board and general assembly processes, capital transactions and complex contract structuring and negotiations.

She regularly advises on share transfers, capital increases and reductions, management changes, and cross-border corporate restructurings, ensuring regulatory compliance and transactional efficiency. In addition, she leads data protection compliance projects, including drafting and implementing privacy frameworks aligned with Turkish data protection legislation.

She has extensive experience in labour law, including individual and collective terminations, mediation proceedings and sensitive employment disputes. Irmak regularly represents clients in commercial, IP, consumer and employment litigation, combining strong technical capability with a pragmatic, results-oriented and risk-focused approach.

Her practice spans a broad range of sectors, notably telecommunications, e-commerce, energy, software, logistics, consumer goods and pharmaceuticals, where she supports clients through both operational and contentious challenges.
