Founded by two pioneering women, our commitment to breaking barriers extends beyond gender equality. We foster an inclusive workplace where all team members feel valued and empowered to contribute.
Our firm is dedicated to making genuine, meaningful strides towards sustainability. We are working to minimise our environmental footprint and contribute positively to the communities we serve. Through conscious, continuous efforts in resource management, waste reduction, and firm-wide sustainable practices, we are evolving towards a more environmentally friendly and socially responsible future.
Baran Gen
Founding partner Baran is a pioneering force for women’s empowerment in the Turkish legal sector. She created our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) & Sustainability Initiative, which she co-leads to prioritise the firm’s social corporate responsibility.
EBRU TEMIZER
Founding partner Ebru has been another strong voice for Turkish female lawyers and is regularly sought by some of the country’s leading media publications to provide thought leadership on issues affecting them.
She is a passionate advocate for our efforts in diversity and inclusion matters and a board member at IMPACT2030 Türkiye where she drives conversations aimed at fostering sustainable development grounded in gender equality.
GIZEM ESEN
Gizem has co-led our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) & Sustainability Initiative since its inception. Playing a key role in implementation, she collects feedback from our team and business partners, collaborating closely with various NGO sponsorship and training programmes to raise awareness and propose improvements as required.
NEKRA BAYER
Nekra’s integral role involves organising internal sustainability and gender equality projects; collaborating with external organisations; and facilitating relationships with partner organisations.
She regularly volunteers for animal rescue charities and is a passionate supporter of organisations dedicated to this cause.
