She has extensive experience advising multinational financial institutions and investment banks on a wide range of transactions — from Eurobond issuances and syndicated facilities to structured finance, derivatives, and regulatory compliance. Göze has been involved in every Eurobond issuance by the Republic of Türkiye since 2018 and regularly counsels clients on cross-border finance deals, crypto asset issuances, and investment services regulations.
