Gen Temizer have advised enstarts—a next-generation digital marketplace uniting developers, investors, EPCs, lenders and advisors across the renewable-energy ecosystem—on platform establishment services. Our scope included drafting platform agreements and data-protection documentation, and advising on platform positioning to streamline the digital buy–sell process for renewable-energy projects.
