Gen Temizer advised Al-Fardan Group on the acquisition of 50% of the Novikov branded restaurants operating in Türkiye, Oman and Qatar. The transaction was subject to clearance by the Turkish Competition Authority, and the approval process has been successfully completed.

Al-Fardan Group, a leading regional player in luxury, leisure and hospitality, has further enhanced its market presence by expanding its restaurant operations under the internationally recognized Novikov brand.
