Gen Temizer are pleased to have advised Summa Turizm Yatırımcılığı A.Ş. (Summa) on a landmark financing of up to EUR 50 million from the IFC – International Finance Corporation.

The financing will support Summa’s hotel investment in Senegal and meet the company’s working capital and capex requirements for its ongoing construction projects across select African countries.

The Gen Temizer team led by Partner Ömer Erdogan, Partner Baran Gen and Associate Nekra Bayer acted as lead transaction counsel to Summa.
